Some minor comments with downloading attachments:
CVS HEAD:
- Downloading with different IE versions works as expected. Tested
versions 5.0, 5.5
- Downloading with Netscape 4.79 works, but sometimes filename is not what
you would expect: __iso_8859_1_somerandomcharacters

CVS RELENG:
- Downloading with different IE versions does not work at all. Either you
get blank page or error message about page not loaded. Tested versions
5.0, 5.5. This seems to happen with every kind of attachments types.
- Downloading attachments with Netscape 4.79 works.
