[dev] Diff for cygwin.

Not sure about this one... so i'm submitting this diff to those who know :-)

as /etc/imapproxy is not a very nice default when you're running under windows i
changed it to etc/imaproxy so i can just create an etc folder inside the folder
i have imapproxy.exe in.
