If you're running imapproxy from inside the Cygwin shell then you do... I just
double click the exe so it doesn't run inside the cygwin shell. 

I would like to provide a binary version of imapproxy for windows users to
download. At the moment this is easily done by disributing the imapproxy.exe and
 cygwin1.dll files. I would really like to change the patch to look for
imapproxy.conf in the current folder or the config/ folder so it's easier for
windows users to understand :-)

I am happy to keep this as a local patch and if someone tells me where i'm
putting the binary i will keep it as upto date as i can...
