[dev] print broken in IMP CVS HEAD

You can not print messages which are from a search result in IMP CVS HEAD.

Messages in "normal" folders seem to print okay, but from the "search results"
folder they don't print.  I found and fixed one unrelated mistake in line
26 of imp/templates/message/navbar.inc, but I can't nail down the real issue.

Tried changing the urlencode and adding array_index, but neither seems to be
the correct solution...

Anyone?
