If one tries to open an email that only contains a single part of
type "text/html", and have the following user preference:

  attachment_display = list

and imp/config/mime_drivers.php contains:

  $mime_drivers['imp']['html']['inline'] = false;


Then you get the following Notice/Warning:


Notice: Undefined offset: 1
in /horde/lib/MIME/Contents.php on line 375

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()
in /horde/lib/MIME/Contents.php on line 403
