I still get people who say they use it and it solves all their problems,
so I'd leave it there.

I think updating with a newer one would be better.  That is, leave it there
for people using older versions of Horde/IMP, and add a newer version for
people using newer (CVS) Horde/IMP.  

This has been discussed before, but no one has done anything.  And no, I'm
not volunteering. :(
