I've added them to CVS head.  They seem to be a straight edit of the
sql.php file.  Any chance we can merge the two, rather than having two
seperate drivers???

I've added the new session-cached password code, and the appropriate
comments at the top, and cleaned it up just a tad.  Let me know
if there are any problems.
