http://whups.horde.org/ is now configured to accept bug reports for ALL
Horde applications. Please start using it, comment on the configuration,
report any bugs, etc. You can use this install, which will eventually become
bugs.horde.org, for all Horde apps; definitely use it for applications not
available as choices at the existing bugzilla install.

We will have old bugs imported into the system ASAP.
