[dev] error while attemp to view message from search results

OK, here are the details:

if I click on link (shown below) of found message from results of search:

https://mail.bme.ogi.edu/horde/imp/message.php?thismailbox=mail%
252FBuddies&index=226

I get error.

this message is physically located in ~/mail/Budies, if I exchange %252F for / 
(as show in link below)

https://mail.bme.ogi.edu/horde/imp/message.php?
thismailbox=mail/Buddies&index=226

everything is all right and working. This is happening on interenet explorer 
under win2k and phoneix (mozilla flavor) under linux. 

Any advise, what I am doing wrong?
