A few notes:

* Several new gettext strings are added; I wasn't sure how to properly
  regenerate nag/po/nag.pot, so I'll leave it up to you.
* I moved Nag's summary options into a separate prefs group - the display
  options group was getting a bit unruly.
* nag/templates/prefs/showsummaryselect.inc duplicates a lot of code from
  horde/templates/prefs/showsummaryselect.inc. I couldn't think of a generic
  way to do double-selects like this because Horde's version needs special
  handling for newrow. Maybe the duplication isn't a big deal; it just seems
  that there must be A Better Way To Do It.
* horde/graphics/{l,r}hand.gif need to be copied to nag/graphics/
