[dev] CVS HEAD on line 99 or test.php I'm getting Undefined class name 'nls'

I just noticed that I'm getting a fatal error as shown below with cvs head
just after the VFS fix was committed.

[Sun Dec 29 11:18:05 2002] [error] PHP Fatal error:  Undefined class name 'nls' 
in /usr/local/www/data/horde/test.php on line 99

The line in test.php is

//        $version = substr(NLS::strtolower($version), 3);

Also shows up in imp/test.php and ingo/test.php
