[dev] Displaying the login in the page's title and in mailbox.php

I allways hack my horde's installation to display the logged-in user in
the page's title (html's <TITLE> tag)  and near the folder's name in
imp's mailbox.php

can I make a path to allow those features become part of horde?

I'm also going to modify imp's prefs.conf.dist file to allow to  enable
or disable that feature.


What do you think  about it?


I don't know the "rules"  to send patches/ features to horde can anybody
explain them?
