Overall, I like it.  It's a neat and overall attactive solution to the
problem.

I don't like the amount of screen width that we'll lose should this
become the default position for Horde navigation, however, but making
the frame optional solves that for those users that feel it gets in
the way.  It's not much larger than Outlook's button bar thing,
anyway.

I haven't looked at the implementation itself, but if it can be
applied cleanly to the current Horde system and doesn't introduce any
session-related issues, I support it's inclusion.
