[dev] Quick test for new menus.

IE 5.1 on mac OSX is a little flakey...

first, 'Dev' is way right...where it should be when 'Agenda' is expanded

when 'Agenda' is expanded then collapsed, there is still quite a bit of space 
between it and 'Dev'

There are a lot of pages that don't work quite right in this browser, though.
