[dev] Form patch - multi submit buttons + reset

This patch tweaks the submit button rendering so that if there are multiple
submit buttons, they get rendered horizontally - i think it looks cleaner than
the current each one in a separate row.

Plus added a "reset" parameter which permits the rendering of a reset button to
the form, after the last submit, comments?
Attached whups patch as example.
