[dev] horde/lib/Registry.php changes/problems

I checked all the changes between those two versions one by one, and the
change that causes the problem is the moving of the following statement:

            array_push($this->appStack, $app);

Apparently this was moved to allow Auth:: calls in the application configs?
Not sure, but moving it per the latest checkin causes the prefs problems
(which cause the other problems).
