[dev] conf files and sql passwords

Hi All,
Couple of things I noticied. 

While all (most) of the apps allow for the use of the main horde sql configs/
passwords they don't seem to carry the horde password over to their config file
(when using the web-based config system).

Also, the passwords are displayed in clear-text when running the various configs
 thru the web-pages.

I'll start working on patches.
