[dev] Mime viewer issue.

Does anyone know a way for a mime viewer to detect if it needs to include a
common-header.inc?

If the mime viewer is being shown inline then it will not need to include this,
but if it's being shown in a seperate window as an attachement it will need to
include this.

I've looked at the existing mime viewer but none of them make this decision. The
only one to include a common-header.inc is the vcard driver. If a vcard is
displayed inline then you will get the full <html><header> etc includeed where
it shouldn't be.
