This is controlled in templates/links/footer.inc. The linktype should not be
readonly and the target application should provide an addlink method. The
registry example that I sent previously to the list, together with the patch
to nag and klutz should give you Add Follow up task and Add Funny note
buttons when you view the task details in nag.
