[dev] nag bug

Hello,

When ever a user creates his/her first task, then goes back and modifies
it and saves the modifications nag will create a new task.

I think this is because in nag/task.php on line 159 it checks for an
empy $task_id and if task_id is set to zero then empty() returns true. 
And the way that $task_id's are assigned the first task is allways zero.

I just updated my CVS and it is still happening on my install.

Will some one let me know if there is a fix for this?
