This at least worked for our (local) company theme. The patches to the other
themes would be pretty simple, to get this working. But while trying to
create the company theme I ran into other areas where I would like to be
more flexible than the current code allows. Maybe I'll look into it and come
up with a more comprehensive patch, but it is not high on my Horde priority
list.
