It is pretty quiet, due to the large number of other mailing lists for
Horde and each component.  Most things fit better on another list,
and many people discuss stuff that should be on the dev list elsewhere
by mistake.

I don't agree it would be almost indistinguishable from the compliant one.

You obviously have some good ideas.  It is a shame that you seem to feel the
need to stop trying to help with Horde just because one of those ideas was not
accepted warmly.
