[dev] IMP Keysigning, error in CVS version...

Hello,

I am using the cvs version of imp (as of today,2003-03-11). This version
generally works fine (I think I made no config errors).

However, looking at a gnupg-signed message that isnt signed by myswelf I get:

This message has been digitally signed via PGP.

Error 
Connection refused to the public keyserver. Reason: Connection timed out (110)

however, the same config works fine when I use mutt..

ideas?
