Thanks for this -RC2, but there exist still problems with Horde_Image.
It is referenced several times, in lib/DayView.php, lib/WeekView.php,
lib/api.php and month.php, but it is not defined in Horde 2.2.1, since
lib/Image.php is missing.

That produces this kind of error:

Fatal error: Undefined class name 'horde_image' in
/usr/local/www/horde/kronolith/month.php on line 131
