Still no luck I'm afraid.  If there anything more I need to do other then
setting $conf['signup']['allow'] = true; ?

I'm getting the same error.  Here is in info from the horde log.

Apr 16 18:27:01 HORDE [emergency] [horde] Inexistant class for field type
"address" [on line 89 of "/var/www/horde/lib/Form.php"]
