[dev] patch for menu.inc

After a cvs update this morning, in the folder, mailbox, and message views in
imp I'm getting:

Notice: Undefined variable: url in
/var/www/html/horde/imp/templates/menu/menu.inc on line 25

Notice: Undefined variable: url in
/var/www/html/horde/imp/templates/menu/menu.inc on line 26

The attached patch gets rid of the errors, and does what I *think* was intended.
