[dev] template changing policy

Hello.

I have a question about templates. I'm modifying LDAP driver, adding 
add/update features to it. I used several new functions in hooks.php for 
customizing LDAP entries being saved. Now I need to change some 
templates. I have 'hooks.php.dist' file, but I don't have '.dist' for 
templates. Please explain me how templates should be modified/distributed?
