I do read horde-cvs, but like I said I think I missed the commit that 
explained the reasons of this change. Maybe the reason of the change was 
in an email committed before I was subscribed to the list. I read the 
archives in my mailer, but couldnt find anything that could give me an 
idea of why menu.php is being removed.

I'm not being lazy, I was just asking for an explanation I couldnt find.
