[dev] Removing horde.org from the default trailer

Would anyone object if I removed the 'http://horde.org/imp/' text from
IMP's default trailer?  It's the source of a lot of confusion
regarding spam sent from IMP installations who append the default
trailer on all outbound messages.  Also, IMP is sufficiently
popular[1] that we don't really need to advertise its web site.
