Not exactly.  If the user is over quota, we should manually delete the
messages from the mailbox and then readd them to the Trash mailbox.  Simply
expunging the messages from the mailbox without moving them to the Trash is
most certainly _not_ expected behavior.  I have modified your patch to do
just that - can someone else verify it works for them?
