Ah. This brings up another point - where *do* we want those libs installed?

I'm tempted to say that we should move the libraries that we're packaging into a
new CVS module, and that they should be installed into a Horde/ subdirectory of
the PEAR namespace - not into /horde/lib. This has a bunch of advantages for
multiple Horde installations, too.
