Not really - should work.

Maybe the permission checking should be done in Auth::getAuth()? Or better,
isAuthenticated()? Actually, if it's just the appname, shouldn't be more than
2-3 lines in an app's base.php to check it. Though, I wouldn't cause a fatal
error - redirect somewhere else.
