[dev] pie charts with svg

Hi,

if I try to display pie charts from whups with the svg instead of the gd
driver, the pies only get displayed if there is only one segment.
If there are more, only the legend gets displayed and in the statusbar I see
"rotate() accepts 1, 2 or 3 comma or space separated parameters".
Whatever that means. :-)
