[dev] troll subscriptions

I looked through the c-client source code the other day, and there
doesn't appear to be any way to make subscribing to newsgroups work with
troll as the library is.  Attached is a patch that stores subscription
information in the prefs table.  It also fixes a bug where if show
subscribed is set and a folder is expanded, it reverted to showing all
groups.
