Hmm, if you're consolidating this stuff, you should include the JS calendar
picker, too. And there's a ton of other places to use this - kronolith, moment,
etc., etc....

The other option, of course, is to change the apps in question to use Horde_Form
to generate the calendar form elements. Right now, this code really doesn't fit
into Horde_Form at all.
