There is a bug in imp HEAD where if a folder containing the delimiter
character is deleted a non-existent top level folder remains in the
folder list.  For example:

folder foo/bar \hasNoChildren
delete foo/bar
foo remains in folder list.

attached is a patch that fixes it, just deleting the whole folder from
the tree in IMP_Tree would be a better way, but I'm not sure there's a
way to do that.
