[dev] horde api documentation/doxygen

hi all,

on my local freebsd server i installed the latest version of doxygen
http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/index.html from ports and created api
documentation from my checkout of horde cvs, it's quite impressive, i have
been amazed with the results and recommend it to anyone.

the api docs for HEAD on http://dev.horde.org/ are somewhat out-of-date, and i
think it would be great if someone from the horde team takes time to try out
out the latest version and update the on-line api docs.  if someone from the
dev team wants to contact me directly i can send a url pointing to my
generated api docs.
