[dev] VFS stuff disappeared

When Chuck moved the VFS drivers to framework, no code was added to point to
the additional drivers (unless I really, really missed something - which
may very well be the case).  For now I just added a symoblic link from
horde/VFS to framework/VFS/VFS to make things work.  Is this the right
thing to do?
