[dev] Maintenance broken ?

About a month ago, Jan had this answer on the horde list to a question
of mine :

Is Maintenance still broken in CVS ?  If yes, can it affect the
fetchmail feature of IMP ?  What exactly is broken, and what kind of job
would it require to fix it ?  I may do it if it is trivial since I need
the fetchmail feature.
