I am having issues with the css being inconsistant.
With different browsers the background colors that I set are not showing up
correctly. Is there a minimum browser that I can forward to clients to let them
now that they need to update their browsers?

Also, is there anyway to just change one common-header.inc and
common-footer.inc, instead of modifying each occurance for each module ie.
(imp, kronotlith, etc..) ?
