[dev] Problem with 8 bits caracters in IMP message preview

Hi,

Using a CVS snapshot of Nov. 3rd, 8 bits caracters appear as '?' in
message preview with mailbox.php.  8 bit caracters appear correctly in
the message's subject, though.

Is this a known problem ?  From what I can gather by looking at
mailbox.php, the message body seem to be displayed as-is from what
imap_fetchbody() return.  This message is stored in ISO-8859-1 and Horde
return page in UTF-8.  Should some conversion be done and, if so, how ?
