[dev] Categories in Turba

So, to make syncing with palms and other devices easier, we need to support a
Category field in Turba. Turba works differently from all the other apps that
we do categories in, though; the sources are all configured at the system
level, so: whose prefs do the category definitions get stored in? Or do we
store them somewhere else?

I'm not entirely sure how to tackle this, so suggestions would be very welcome.
Patches, of course, even more so. :)
