I'm currently considering rewriting the mime decoder with the following
changes:

 o No recursion
 o Forward only reading of email; no backtracking

This would result in a significant memory footprint reduction if body
inclusion was not required (structure only), and will probably also result
in it being much faster.

Anyone have any thoughts regarding this ?
