BTW. whats happened to imapproxy?

It isn't in CVS (if someone would like to update the link out of
http://www.horde.org/source/modules.php). And
http://www.kuleuven.net/projects/imapproxy/ doesn't exist either
anymore (if someone would like to update the link out of
http://www.horde.org/imapproxy/)
