hmm yes I suspected as much.. anyway it looks like what's getting stored in the
Perms backend (categories) is both the name and the id. I think the problem is
on the Perms side somewhere, not on the Whups side (as all the Whups
permissions are set up using the main Perms UI now), but I'll take a closer
look next time a spare second presents itself. more soon....
