[dev] troll cleanup

Attached is a patch for troll that:

- moves some of the html generation (PrintArticle, PrintThreadTree) out
of lib/Troll.php and into article.php

- cleans up some code in lib/Troll.php PrintLine
- fix a typo in arrayToRange
