Are the changes for the folder list tree complete? When I go to the folder
list, my INBOX is listed. If I click the "+" in front of it, the page
refreshes, the "+" changes to a "-", but still only my INBOX is listed.

If I click the "Expand All" link, all of the sub-folders of INBOX are listed,
but each is listed twice.

If I try to expand sub-folders under INBOX (I have a sub-folder called
OldMail), the folder expands and shows its sub-folders, but I get these
notices at the top of the page:

Notice: Undefined index: mail/OldMail/ in /var/www/html/horde/imp/lib/Tree.php
on line 1200

Notice: Undefined index: a in /var/www/html/horde/imp/lib/Tree.php on line 873

If I click the "Collapse All" link, I get this message repeated 15 times:

Notice: Undefined index: v in /var/www/html/horde/imp/lib/Tree.php on line 1178
