[dev] category changes, READ THIS!

Hey all,

You may have noticed from the commits that the category classes have changed to
be the DataTree classes. They have also moved to the framework.

Apart from installing the classes from the framework, you *must update* your
horde/config/conf.php file to use $conf['datatree'] and not any longer
$conf['category'].

Diff it against conf.php.dist to see the changes.
