[dev] problems with cvs update?

I was a bit sloppy and moved a few things around; normally I wouldn't do that,
but this is all stuff that hasn't been in any releases. Just delete the old
directories from CVS/Entries in the appropriate dir, and remove the old
directories, and things will be fine.
