[dev] notification->push

On alot of my Horde Projects, when the app tries to do:
$notification->push

Function it errors out with :
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/var/www/html/horde/ansel/lib/Ansel.php on line 50

This doesn't just happen with Ansel.. there are a couple of others, like Whups 
and such.. 

Didn't know if anyone else has had this problem.. If not, I will jump into that 
there code and check it out..
